We learn from each other when we are in a safe supported environment. As we delve into Mindfulness as part of a group, we see ourselves in others. Seeing ourselves in others gives us a chance to go deeper into understanding Mindfulness but more importantly being in a comfortable group offers support for becoming more Mindful. When we become more mindful our relationships also benefit. The focus in group work is to bring Mindfulness into everyday life of Work, Health, Famiy, & Relationship. All of these aspects are often attended to in each workshop.
Continuing Education Credit is offered for most of the groups, if contacted in advance.

Change is happening. It always has, but right now change is happening fast and there is great concern around Climate Change. The questions become, how can we best face Climate Change and Cultivate Resilience so we can be ready to be leaders and take grounded effective action. What is the right action for us? What is wise livelihood? How do want to live our lives? What choices are we making? Do we need support? How do we use emotions such as Eco-anxiety, Eco-grief as gifts for humanity?
