USING MINDFULNESS-based COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION IN COUNSELING

TBA

Contact: Adcare@AdcareME.org

Mindfulness-based Compassionate Communication is a style of communication that is before blame

and instead is interested in meeting everyone needs. The foundation of this language is based on

Mindfulness, the study of what our experience is right here, right now and sharing that in a way that

feels authentic and can easily be heard and understood by another.

Using this in everyday life as well as in work, especially as a counselor is a technique highly valued.
