Being Present with Our Children is one of the greatest delights in being a parent. When we are truly present with our children we feel complete, whole, and fully alive. Studying and practicing Mindfulness provides skillful methods to help us be centered in the midst of chaos and open the small ordinary joys of everyday life with children.

One on one sessions, ZOOM, Phone appointments while sitting in your own home, and workshops are offered by Nancy with guidance to help bring more mindfulness to mothering.


Mindful Moms meet on Tuesdays 1-2PM via ZOOM with Nancy. Please contact Nancy at for the ZOOM Link. We begin with a cup of tea in silence and check in. The hour is a mixture of sharing and a Mindful Mom practice guided by Nancy.
